1. Scope and contact

ALSBKIN.ro is the official website of the independent ALSBKIN project. ALSBKIN also develops and publishes the ALSBKIN Follow Balance Android application. This policy applies only to information handled by ALSBKIN through these services; third-party websites, apps and platforms have their own privacy practices.

2. Information you provide directly on the website

ALSBKIN.ro does not require a user account for ordinary browsing or for the normal use of its public tools. If you contact ALSBKIN by email, the information contained in your message is processed to read and respond to the communication and, where reasonably necessary, to maintain a record of the correspondence.

3. Technical information and server logs

When you visit a website, hosting, content-delivery, security and network providers may process technical information required to deliver the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, referrer, response status and security or diagnostic logs.

Such information may be processed for website delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and security. ALSBKIN does not ask visitors to identify themselves by name simply to browse the website.

4. Browser-based tools and files

Many ALSBKIN utilities are designed so that selected audio, video, PDF or other files are processed directly in your browser. Where a tool states that processing is local, the selected file is not intentionally uploaded to an ALSBKIN processing server for that operation.

Local processing does not mean that a page makes no network connections at all. A page can still load libraries, fonts or other resources from third-party content-delivery services, and some specific tools rely on external network services as described below.

Specific network-dependent tools

• Internet Speed Test: performs test requests against Cloudflare's speed-test service. As with any network request, the external service can receive normal connection information such as the requesting IP address.
• IP Locator: sends the IP address entered for lookup to the external IP information service used by the tool. If the tool is used to identify the visitor's current public IP, that service necessarily receives the request from the visitor's connection.
• Website Security Check: the automatic check sends the target website URL to the ALSBKIN /api/security-check endpoint when that endpoint is deployed. The service may then contact the target website to inspect publicly available HTTP response headers.

Do not submit confidential, legally restricted or highly sensitive information to a tool unless you have reviewed the tool's on-page explanation and are comfortable with its processing model.

5. Microphone and speech features

Tools that analyze a live note or audio input may request microphone permission from your browser. Permission remains under the control of the browser and operating system.

The Note Detector analyzes microphone input for its audio function in the browser. The Meeting Transcriber uses the speech-recognition service exposed by the browser. Depending on the browser, operating system and configuration, speech recognition may occur on the device or audio may be sent to the browser provider's online speech service. ALSBKIN does not intentionally store meeting audio on its own servers.

The Meeting Transcriber can store draft transcript information locally in browser storage, including local storage or IndexedDB, so that work can be recovered on the same device. Clearing the relevant browser site data removes browser-held copies.

6. Browser storage and preferences

ALSBKIN.ro uses browser storage for limited functions such as remembering the selected interface language or maintaining tool state. Some tools can store additional local working data, such as a transcript draft, where this is necessary for the feature. These values are stored on the visitor's device through browser mechanisms such as local storage or IndexedDB.

Removing ALSBKIN.ro site data in the browser can reset those preferences and delete locally stored tool data. For more information about cookies and related technologies, see the Cookie Policy.

7. Google advertising services

Some non-tool pages may load Google AdSense or related Google advertising technology. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to ALSBKIN.ro or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve, measure and protect advertising and, where permitted and appropriately consented to, to personalise ads.

Users can control or opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings. Additional information about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use Google services is available in Google's partner-sites notice. If other third-party ad vendors or ad networks are enabled through Google advertising services, their own privacy and opt-out information also applies.

The dedicated free-online-* tool pages do not load the Google AdSense script in the current site version. Where consent is required for Google advertising, the applicable consent mechanism is separate from this Privacy Policy and should be provided through a Google-certified consent management platform.

8. Embedded media, external links and third-party resources

ALSBKIN pages may link to or embed content from services such as YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms. Loading or activating third-party content can create a direct connection with that provider, which can receive technical request information and may apply its own cookies, account settings or identifiers.

Some browser tools also load software libraries or web fonts from third-party content-delivery networks. Those providers can receive the technical information normally transmitted when a browser requests a resource. ALSBKIN does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.

9. Website data retention

Email correspondence and technical records controlled by ALSBKIN are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received, website security, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Browser-side files and local working data remain primarily under the visitor's control and can normally be removed by clearing browser site data or closing/resetting the relevant tool, depending on the feature.

10. About ALSBKIN Follow Balance

ALSBKIN Follow Balance is an independent Android application developed and published by ALSBKIN. It is designed to help users work with Instagram Followers and Following JSON files that they have requested and downloaded directly from Instagram.

11. Information accessed by the app

The app allows you to select Instagram Followers and Following JSON files that you have requested and downloaded directly from Instagram. The app reads the usernames and related information contained in the files solely to create and manage the follow-balance workflow on your device.

12. Local processing in the app

The selected JSON files and the information extracted from them are processed locally on your device. ALSBKIN Follow Balance does not upload your Followers or Following data to ALSBKIN servers.

13. Instagram credentials

The app does not request, collect, or store your Instagram password. You do not need to provide your Instagram username or password to ALSBKIN Follow Balance.

14. Locally stored workflow data

To allow you to continue your workflow, the app may store locally on your device information such as imported usernames, your current position in the list, completed or skipped profiles, profiles marked as invalid, and overlay-control positions. This information is used only to provide the app's functionality.

15. App data collection, advertising and sharing

The current version of ALSBKIN Follow Balance does not transmit imported Instagram data or locally stored workflow data to ALSBKIN. It does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data-collection SDKs.

This statement concerns the Android app itself. If the app opens an external website or another app, including Instagram, YouTube or ALSBKIN.ro, the external service's own privacy practices apply to that separate interaction.

16. External services and links opened by the app

The app can open Instagram profiles and external web content, including an optional YouTube tutorial and this Privacy Policy, using applications or browsers installed on your device. Once you leave ALSBKIN Follow Balance, the privacy practices of the external service you choose to use apply.

17. Overlay permission

The optional Android overlay permission allows user-controlled navigation buttons to appear over Instagram while you manually review profiles. The permission is not used to collect personal information. The overlay service can be stopped from its Android notification and also stops when the app task is closed.

18. App data retention and deletion

Workflow information is retained locally on your device so that you can continue where you left off. You can remove locally stored app data by clearing ALSBKIN Follow Balance's app data in Android settings or by uninstalling the application. ALSBKIN does not maintain a server-side copy of imported Followers or Following data.

19. App security

Because imported data is processed locally and is not uploaded to ALSBKIN servers, the app minimizes external transmission of your Followers and Following information. Users should keep their device and downloaded Instagram archive secure.

20. Independence from Instagram and Meta

ALSBKIN Follow Balance is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

21. Privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights relating to personal data that ALSBKIN actually controls, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Requests can be sent to [email protected].

ALSBKIN cannot directly fulfil requests concerning data controlled independently by Google, Cloudflare, Meta, Spotify, browser providers or other third-party services; those requests must be directed to the relevant provider.

22. Children

ALSBKIN.ro and ALSBKIN Follow Balance are not specifically designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Users should not submit a child's personal data through email, online tools or app workflows unless they have an appropriate legal basis and any consent required by applicable law.

23. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to maintain ALSBKIN services, but no website, device or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users remain responsible for protecting their devices, downloaded archives, local files and account access.

24. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, browser tools, advertising setup, app features or data practices change. The latest version will remain available at https://alsbkin.ro/privacy.html, with the revision date shown near the top of the page.

Unele instrumente folosesc microfonul numai după acordarea permisiunii în browser. Meeting Transcriber folosește serviciul de recunoaștere vocală al browserului, care poate procesa audio local sau prin serviciul online al furnizorului browserului. Unele pagini non-tool pot încărca Google AdSense și servicii media externe.
